Please note: Orders placed during our launch period will be shipped shortly before Keti Koti 2026. The shipping timelines outlined in this policy will apply to all orders placed after Keti Koti 2026.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, drops, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Netherlands: 1–3 business days

Europe: 3–7 business days

International: 5–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before your order is completed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to track your order.

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, Plansu is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control.
